Please note the following that we are unable to confirm eligibility for a refund without the Refund Application being completed and supporting documentation.
Please visit Terms & Conditions - simply choose your ticket seller and the date you purchased your tickets to find the relevant information.

If you have applied for a refund, please check your email for the last status update. Our normal turnaround is 3 to 5 working days, however, in periods of unusually high volume, it may take us longer to review your application.
We are unable to respond to any chasers, we will respond to your application in due course. Thank you for your patience.
Please speak to the ticket seller/venue that you purchased your tickets from directly – unfortunately, we can only help with refund application queries.
Please check your email booking confirmation if you are unsure of the venue/ticket agent you purchased your tickets from.
Please note that this is not a reason for which a refund can be provided under the terms and conditions of the Refund Promise. Please may we suggest that you contact the ticket seller/venue that you purchased the tickets from to discuss this further.
